Using Our Platform

As a property owner or partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property.
• Provide genuine and appropriate photographs and property-related content.
• Keep room rates, availability, amenities and other listing information updated.
• Manage bookings responsibly and honor confirmed reservations.
• Use the platform only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
• Keep your account and login information secure.

Property Listing

List Your Property may be used to list eligible accommodation properties, including hotels, resorts, homestays, villas, apartments and other suitable stays.

We may review property information and documentation before approving or publishing a listing.

We reserve the right to request additional information, clarification or verification where necessary.

Property Information & Accuracy

Property owners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to the platform is accurate, current and not misleading. This includes:

• Property name and location
• Room and accommodation details
• Photos and descriptions
• Amenities and facilities
• Rates and applicable charges
• Availability
• Booking and cancellation-related information

Any significant change to the property or its services should be updated on the platform as soon as reasonably possible.

Bookings & Reservations

Bookings made through our applicable platforms are subject to the availability and booking conditions provided by the property.

Property owners are responsible for:

• Honoring confirmed bookings.
• Providing the accommodation and services described in the listing.
• Maintaining the availability shown on the platform.
• Informing BookUrTicket promptly about situations that may affect a confirmed booking.
• Cooperating with customers and BookUrTicket for resolving booking-related concerns.

Additional booking, cancellation, payment or settlement conditions may apply depending on the applicable commercial arrangement with the property.

Property Owner Responsibilities

The property owner is responsible for ensuring that:

• The property is legally permitted to provide accommodation services.
• All required licences, registrations, permissions and approvals are maintained where applicable.
• The property complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Guests receive the services and facilities represented in the listing.
• Property staff and representatives follow applicable safety and service requirements.

BookUrTicket does not replace the property owner's legal or operational responsibilities.

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs, descriptions, logos and other content that you provide for your property, subject to any rights of third parties.

By submitting content to List Your Property, you grant BookUrTicket permission to use, display, reproduce and promote that content on BookUrTicket and its applicable websites, applications, booking channels and marketing materials for the purpose of operating, promoting and providing our services.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use such content.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
• Misuse customer, booking or platform information.
• Use the platform in a manner that may harm BookUrTicket, its users or other partners.

Listing Review & Suspension

BookUrTicket may review, restrict, suspend or remove a property listing or partner account where there is a reasonable concern regarding inaccurate information, misuse of the platform, non-compliance with these Terms, legal requirements, customer safety, or other operational concerns.

Where appropriate, we may contact the property owner to clarify or resolve the issue.

Payments & Settlements

Payment collection, commission, fees, refunds and partner settlements will be governed by the applicable commercial terms agreed between BookUrTicket and the property owner.

Property owners are responsible for providing correct bank, tax and other required payment information.

Customer & Booking Information

Property owners may receive information necessary to manage bookings and provide services to customers.

Such information must be used only for legitimate booking and operational purposes and handled responsibly in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data may be collected, used, stored and shared.

Third-Party Services & Platforms

Certain services may involve third-party technology providers, payment providers, distribution channels or other service partners.

Where applicable, their own terms and policies may also apply.

Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep the List Your Property platform available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, upgrades, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, services, business practices or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.

Continued use of the platform after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
